The discovery call is designed to provide you with details on how coaching works and determine if we are a good fit for working together. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, and to get a sense of my coaching style and approach.
During the discovery call, we will also discuss the best kind of coaching suited for your specific needs. Every couple and individual is unique, and I offer tailored coaching programs to address your specific goals and challenges. Together, we will determine the number of sessions required to achieve your desired outcomes.
In addition to discussing your needs and goals, the discovery call includes a brief exploration of your relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and any current issues or concerns you wish to address. This information will help us create a roadmap for your coaching journey, ensuring that we focus on the areas that require the most attention and support.
